Charlotte Williams, the Founder of SALT, established SALT bringing together all the things she was passionate about, inspiring and connecting the local community through creative experiences and heritage engagement.

With over 15 years experience in the sector across, SALT and Charlotte have delivered projects and collaborated with organisations and businesses such as Borlase Smart John Wells Trust, The Buttermarket in Redruth, Christopher Tate, City of Lights CIC, Cornwall Shop Small.
